You can try on forums like this one.
You could always sell here but you'll need to purchase an Elite Membership to be able to sell. (Pretty sure)

Just put PS3 etc as the advert title then put all other info in the discripton then it shouldn't get removed

Yeah like SAVAG3 said, it's best to put 3.55 "OFW" in the title but explicitly tell that it's jailbroken in the description like saying "3.55 Rogero". People will pick up the hint.
