Internet connection :failed
The connection to the server timed out.(80710723)
But i can browse internet normally
And when try to sign in psn i get an error has occurred. You have been signed out of psn.(80710723)
Can someone help me.

Try to turn off your whole PS3 Console, and then also unplug your whole router for 10 minutes. Reset everything back to normal, and you should be good to go!
