It's saying it found a installation of 2.7 and it can't install 2.6 it says it doesn't need a update? What can I do to fix this?

It's an easy fix. On your computer navigate to your ccapi directory and run the uninstall file. Once it's uninstalled go ahead and install 2.60. (Do the same thing on your PS3)
