Since the last tool i saw was months ago and no longer works i decided to make this real quick, its strictly just for spoofing/changing your CiD and PSID. Open source so anyone can see how its made and put it into a tool or anything they want. I made it for 2.60 CCAPI, if you want it for 2.50 or any other, just remove the PS3Lib.DLL Reference from the program then go into the program folder and remove the current PS3Lib.DLL file, then just replace it with whatever one you want.
