Hey guys, I see many people within NextGenUpdate complaining about being banned, this is the steps I take everytime I turn my PS3 on, I have been hard-core modding for 6 months now without a CID-Ban. I hope this guide helps you guys out.
NOTE: THIS IS A GUIDE, NGU DOESN'T ALLOW ANYTHING TO DO WITH CID's, SO DON'T POST ANY ON THIS SITE!

What you should do when you turn your ps3 on[/U]
Okay so once you start your ps3 up, you will want to connect to Control Console on your PC/Laptop like following;

Once you have done that, you will now want to go into PSNPatch and Disable Custom Firmware by pressing Triangle if you are on this screen;

Once you have Disabled your Custom Firmware, the next step is to go into PSNinja, you will want to click x on "Wipe History, once thats done you will press the down on the d-pad until "Exit" is highlighted in green, then press it.

How To Spoof CID[/U]
Once you have completed Part Two: What you should do when you turn your ps3 on. You now need to know how to spoof your CID, for the purpose of this tutorial, we will be spoofing our CID on Black Ops 2, once you load up BO2, and you enter a party, before you open any RTM Tools, you should do the following, spoof your CID into a banned CID, not 32 O's, like this:

Once you have put the "IDPS Changer" to "0000000100870009100834F3D088AED3", you will then click "Set Current IDPS", like so:
