how to install:

-go into either rebug toolbox or multiman
-if using multiman, enable write access to dev_blind
-connect to your ps3 using filezilla
-navigate to dev_blind>vsh>resource and paste the xmb_plugin_normal.rco in there (replace the old one)
-restart your ps3 and it should be changed
