1.Load .BIN File into tool.The tool will decompile and display the game & region.
(Debug EBOOT's take longer to load due to the way I coded the region finder)
2.Mod the EBOOT To your liking and click compile.
3.Compiles to region of choice(except ps store versions)
4.Compiles to tool's directory in compiled folder!
