Look also at this thread for both the main game's saves AND a link that'll give you saves for the DLC, "Epilogue". It won't get you every trophy in the DLC, though, so you'll still have to play most of the DLC to get most of the trophies. But the save file will get you the hardest trophies in "Epilogue," like Born Dead:
