Now I know REDZ (X-iam) uploaded this save already below,but I edited it further with everything maxed out for ALL CHARACTERS!!!

This SAVE IS the 2.0 version of this save posted earlier

ALL Characters LEVEL 99!!!
ALL Characters 99999999 GOLD!!!
ALL Characters 999999 PHOZONS!!!
ALL Characters 9999 HP!!!!
ALL Characters 999 of each of the 3 DIFFERENT COINS!!!
ALL SKILLS MASTERED
ALSO NEW GAME+ actually XTRA NEW GAME They call it.
Also this save may need to be resigned.
If you can let me know so I try to fix the save to be open for anyone without resigning.

I tried your save the .elf key has no keys and the what seems to be bkp is a quanrantined file lol so corrupted an so fake tried many tools on it non works of course no keys either.
hopefully got a bkp of my own

With a save like that i don't see the point of playing the game, maybe for trophies or just to watch the story, if i want to add a cheat i'd maybe add codes like money, but where's the fun when you got everything unlocked and maxed out. unless you're doing for trophies of course,
