are these save files EU or america? i am looking for EU

For Uncharted 1 & 2 it doesn’t matter what region it is, just move/replace the USR-DATA into your own save directory and you’re good to go.
Uncharted 3 is EU, resign to your ps3 profile and transfer to your console.

Yes it will unlock most of them although a few have been proven to be glitchy at times, touch & go I guess.
The difficulty trophies I never had any problems with, should be fine
Meet the requirements and the trophy will pop.

Why don't t you boot the game on and see for yourself

All I found was that the free-to-play multiplayer is still online (a free downsized version of the multiplayer) so my best guess would be that the full game multiplayer is also still online.
Couldn’t find any other info on the Naughty Dog servers for Uncharted 3, the last report of it being online was dated last February.
I haven’t played the game for a couple of years now so I really can’t tell for sure.
