I doubt that anyone will just share it without any returns.

By the way - did you make sure that the users account has been activated on your PS3 (Account Management). Hope I helped.

It says that he has 2 systems activated and we don't have a computer so we can't deactivate

That's why it isn't working. You are however able to deactivate all systems after 6 months under the Systems and Devices tab. This will deactivate all PS3s activated to the account. It should work if you attempt to activate after that.
