It is getting something for free that u normally have to pay for but I heard rumor of a psn app that will let u have your store but have not tryed it nor am I telling u to but u could look it up

i fixed my psn and bought some packs thx anyway did not fond that tool , only found something about reactpsn but even with that no working links for what i was searching so i just used a psn card ^^

As a fix for dlc would be warez, this is not allowed.
