You can purchase PS2 Classics, but save editing? I mean... Save Editing Programs aren't out yet for PS4, but who knows they'll add it for PS2 Classics. For the PS4, check around March for the Asia Region version. After March, we'll receive a confirmaion on a release date for the US/Eu Regions. Either than that, you can't use save editors on PS4s.

EDIT: PS4 Developer @flat_z actually started tweeting out some nice information about PS3 Classics running on PS4. So it is actually possible to turn PS2 Games into PS4 Format since it is not encrypted like the PS3. So we should see some PS2 related hacks moving on to the PS4 soon this year hopefully!
