Simply install ccapi 2.60 on both your pc and ps3

You can connect to your ps3 via filezilla and put the enstone ccapi pkg file in dev_hdd0/packages
or
You can put the enstone ccapi pkg file on a fat32 formatted usb flash drive and plug the flash drive into your ps3

On the XMB of your ps3, in the games column, go to "install_pkg_files". navigate to the enstone ccapi pkg and install the pkg file to your ps3.

After that is done, on the XMB of your ps3, in the games column, go to "control console API 2.60 installer/uninstaller by enstone" and follow the prompt to install ccapi to your ps3.

Install the contents of the PC folder to your PC.

Once you have done that,

open ccapi
click file, add new console

name the console whatever you want
on the xmb of your ps3, second column from the left, system settings>system information. Here you will find your ps3's IP (local)

click connect

You now have ccapi 2.60 rev7

You should be able to open the rtm tool and connect to your ps3 now.
