Seller gives their paypal email to the buyer. Buyer Pays (usually should be sent through friends and family). Once you see the money, get on their account (they must be signed out or nothing will work, or not properly) and do the mods. Sign out and let them sign in. Make sure its good for them and you're done. Is this what you mean?
