you cant install a debug fw in a retail ps3 and you cant get online in 355 rebug if that what you mean

1) Wrong section.
2) If you're referring to 3.55.1 CFW, you mean Rebug, not debug.
3) Your homebrew will need updating if you're upgrading from 3.41, otherwise it'll be fine.
