If i put on a COD patch then update will i be able to host that patch?
If i have an open manager installed, if i update up to 3.65, will i still be able to put different patches on using it?
Same with ftp transfer?

Is there anything else i needa know?

Yes you will still be able to host the patch but none of your homebrew will work when you do update so chose your patch wisely
