My friend tried helping me with this last night but I can't find debug setting on my JB,he said his is under network settings but mines is not

Highlight over Network Settings and press this following combination of buttons on your controller: L2 + L1 + R1 + R2 + L3 + DPAD Down

this error its possible also on ofw and no have debug setting in ofw!!!!!
