Go onto your rebug toolbox and click on system information! Does it say DEX for both? If not , then that means it wasn't converted correctly!

That's an invalid CID! It's like that if your PS3 is converted to DEX! You can fix this by changing your active PSID to CEX in rebug toolbox at the last row second to the last column! After changing it to CEX , then make sure to clear any history after using any homebrew app/.pkg files! Hope this helps!

Told that to somebody, it didn't work for his though... He said he did the exact same thing though. Possible he did it wrong then?

I'm not too sure! And that's weird? It's supposed to work unless something's not set to what is supposed to be on their system in rebug toolbox! It's possible that the he/she did it wrong or the system isn't converted to DEX correctly!
