How the issue occurred: Not sure. Got CID banned and when I changed CIDs now I'm getting this error
I have tried to fix my issue with: Nothing but trying new CIDs. I don't want to mess my console up.

In your CID (working), it'll start with "00000001008X000", change the X to a 4. It should work after that.

If not, make sure your NP Environment is set to np.

Is it the same error? So you're CID looks like "000000010084000"? Also make sure you aren't including quotations in np environment.

Yea that's right and no, there isn't any quotes.

Double check your CID under eid0 in mm under system info to see if it's 84.

You sure the IDPS you have is actually unbanned?

the error can be causesd by dex conversion aswell as being banned.

but seems like its banned to me because you've done what christian said which hasnt solved the issue
