Why do you want to go to 3.20? The jailbreakable firmware is 3.55.

I'm on 4.75 drex, just saw something that said go lowest possible fw to remarry, can I still find 3.55 links easily?

Pretty sure you need 3.55 to remarry bd rom. The links are out there.
If it were me
1: convert to cex in tool box.
2: Rogero 3.55 downgrader.
3: perform the remarry
4: 3.55 ofw.
5: rebug 4.78.2
6: convert back to dex using the toolbox.
here is a video of a guy on youtube doing it. also his onedrive should have the files. you will need to use the psp or purchase a fsm dongle. to enter the factory service mode.

All I can say is yes you can find the links easily. I've never downgraded a system or deal with hardware.
