This is my problem!
Using SEN Enabler I have patched my ps3 data to OFW mode, so the install package files folder disappears.
I have accidentally deleted the SEN Enabler package from my PS3, therefore*I can no longer install any PKG files into my PS3
I have tried to install SEN enabler again through Multiman, but it didn’t work.
Someone please help me!
I'm so tired and I didn't know what I was doing... ;-;

First, remove the troublesome homebrew application, and then re-install your current firmware. That should fix everything.
