I have recently been attempting to sign in to PSN however I am unable to do so as when I try, I am prompted with an error message. "the connection with sony has been timed out".*

I have looked for Fixes, checked Debug settings etc however nothing seems to be working.*

Bare in mind, I just bought a brand new private CID which I set to my console using Console Manager.

I got this "the connection to the server timed out" error too. So, is IP ban - reason, yeah?

Try an see if you can access the sign in page for PSN online - if it says 'access denied' then yes. It's an IP BAN

UPDATE" - My IP Changed today! And I am able to login to my PS3/4 Console!
