Just put the PKG's at the root of the USB no folders.

thats what i have done for some reason they are not showing up on the package files on the console

yeah bud just staight on usb no new folders or anything when i try to open them in winrar it says its either in uknown format or damaged.

You need PKGView if you want to open PKG's on PC.

Did you extract the contents of what is inside the zipped file?

I THINK its the wrong download as it says blus on the psnija dnt it need to be bles? also when i download the file i open it then it says open file in which programme so i chose winrar the extract from there is this rite? is there any way you can give me links on here for psninja and control console aswel as irishman, multiman all the programs needed please?.
