Extract the contents of all of those and drag the .pkg files onto a USB. Make sure you see .pkg files in the root of the USB and not .zip or .rar.

thank but it does it in winrar the only option i have the use valution on winzip has run out wont let me use out but winrar then when i try to extract to usb the file has a winrar pic next to it. also when i try to open the download it has an error sayin the archive format is either in unknown or damaged.
