You'll have to get a new CID from somewhere - possibly an old PS3 console (by flashing the nand/nor chip)

Yeah - you'll have to flash it with an E3 Flasher to recovery the CID

If the OS is 4.66 or under you can do it via a tool, by changing the proxy on the OFW PS3.

Just buy a new cid they run $20-$30
