Have you tried options 3 (Restore File System) and 4 (Rebuild Database) within the PS3 Recovery Menu? Don't confuse Restore File System with Restore PS3 System, or you'll come back to a clean HDD. I believe you'll lose your messages but nobody says anything of value on PSN anyway.

It's worth a shot if what I suggested doesn't work. Corrupted data can cause similar issues. I'm not familiar with IRIS, sorry. I've only ever used webMAN for messing with fan speed.

I fixed it. I just went back to OFW and then re jailbroke and it fixed. thanks to all.
