Moved to the correct section. and you probably got sold a fake CID, this error happens when you have a invalid CID

You'll either have to hunt around for a public CID - however these only last for 1-2 hours max from my experience.

Find a private seller from another site (as it's not allowed on NGU)

Or buy a broken PS3 and extract the CID from it.
