(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys so my friend for some reason can't get online. He asked me try to see if his cid was banned and it worked for me but it doesn't work for him any idea why he can't get on. The error code he is getting is 80710016

I believe it's an IP Ban ask your internet service provider (ISP) for a new IP or use a vpn to fix this

He fixed it thanks bro. He restarted his router and waited an hour and it worked

he got a dynamic ip, if the error happens again just reset the router sony banned his previous IP
