This is a pretty basic issue I'm having.
SPRX menus wont load at all after swapping HDDs and reinstalling the same CFW (Rebug 4.81.2 DEX)
It's happened before when swapping to a new HDD but fixed itself after a couple reboots.
But, I cannot seem to have the same outcome doing so.
Can anyone help me sort this out.
It has to be an issue with the cfw itself and not the menu.
Tried various menus that DO*work and that I've used millions of times before.

Seems to have gone away after installing various things, such as MultiMan.
