there was a homebrew tool to reflash a cid to stick on the console, i forget what it was called but a little googling you should find it

I used to set this everytime I go online because of the psn error for an invalid CID, but I didnt know about that reason, always used to follow tutorials step-by-step without even needing. Thanks for answering.
