This is very easy to do and I have not yet seen a tutorial on it on here unless it has gotten dug into the threads.
Anyway, I am going to be showing you how to change your PS3 Boot logo!

Requirements

Jailbroken PS3
Filezilla
File to the logo you want (link below to choose from)

Step 1:

Choose a Coldboot from this thread here and download it -> You must login or register to view this content.

Step 2:

Go offline on your PS3 and open Rebug toolbox or Multiman

Step 3:

Open Filezilla on your computer/laptop and connect to your PS3 IP ie; 192.168.x.x

Step 4:

Once connected, go to "dev_rebug" then "vsh" and lastly,"resource"

Step 5:

Once in the "resource" folder, go to your downloads on your computer/laptop and open the custom coldboot folder you downloaded and then open the folder so you see the 3 files.

Step 6:

Drag the 3 files into the "resource" folder in filezilla and then click "OK" on filezilla everytime it pops up until it stops.

Step 7:

Exit rebug toolbox or multiman and restart your PS3. You now have a custom coldboot!
