no clue. i just got back into modding and the newest rebug doesnt seem very stable to me. maybe 4.78 rebug would work better?

I’m on 4.82.2 and it’s fine for me. And also you need to be on 4.82.2 to add new accounts onto your ps3. You can spoof on a lower firmware to get online but you can’t make new accounts if you’re below 4.82.2 I believe.
