i can tell this is bad

The main problem is Ping, you have a good line quality, but your ping in ms is slightly high. I can tell you that you will be able to get host but rarely, If you are playing on PS3 your chances are higher than if you were playing on Xbox live. I have the best connection out of my friends but sometimes (not rarely but sometimes) they can get host. Their connection is just the same as yours. What I suggest is that you play with friends and hopefully that can boost your chances up.
