Okay. I've been really frustrated at people in TF2 on the PS3 for using no clip to kill people while they are re spawning. To get back at them, I'm trying to enable it for myself. Now, I've got the settings file on my computer and have modified the .CFG file so that "no clip", "sv_cheats", and "killme -100000" are "bind" to the buttons on the controller.
The only problem I am having is that when I load the file into the game it says its corrupted and rewrites a new one without the mods. After a long time of having the playstation change the .CFG file and .CHK file by changing settings, and then me comparing; It seams that the .CHK file is generated based on the cfg file so that the game can see when it has been modded (ugh).
I was wondering if anyone knows that algorithm that generates the CHK file. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
