Post: PS3 Slim Blu-Ray Drive Dumped

Calimba/HadesTeam over at demonhades.org (requires registration) strikes again, this time he managed to dump the PS3 Slim Blu-ray drive firmware to a PC using a custom flat flex cable (FFC) where it is recognized by Windows XP
, also by JungleFlasher, DosFlash and Nero Info Tool as seen below. He also claims the team already know how to decrypt the dumped firmware.

It is using a SATA interface.

I suppose anything to do with hacking , decrypting , cracking the playstation could be so yes Smile
