(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i hav seen alot of videos saying that you can jailbreak the ps3 on 3.55 with the x3 max. is it true cuz i dont want to update unless i am sure i can jb on 3.55

No, x3max have jailbroken 3.50 but they have still not released the update for it. They have also NOT jailbroken 3.55 as far as I am aware. Smile

If they have jailbroken firmware 3.55 then this is the first that I've heard of it. I'm sure that where ever you heard or saw this, it's fake.
