you can no longer play online with 3.55 without updating to 3.56.
but saying that the mossley patch and all that should still work as i have been online with my legit ps3 and still peeps are running cl lobbies.

if you want you cfw then dont upgrade to 3.56 keep at 3.55,as i have 2 ps3's one on cfw and the other legit.
