(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); until recently i was on 3.41 on my ps3. my stupid mate then updated it to 3,56 meaning i have lost the ability to run homebrew. he gave me a brocken ps3 to fix and i cant fix it so i'm probably going to send it to sony.

now what i want to know is if i get sony to repair my broken ps3 which is on 3.40 will they update it to 3.56?

i dont know im waiting for my ps3 to come back from sony now but i dont think so

yes they will updat it to most recent firmware

if they will is there any where i can send it that wont. the problem is that there is no display and i think the gpu's busted

i got a new ps3 the otherday from sony when i used the warranty .

Guess what .it wasnt updated , it came on firmware 3.55 :y:

Same here..... My ps3 was on 3.55 when my laser got messed up. It came back 2 weeks later & my laser was fixed. Nothing was Formated nor my firmware was changed.

yea just got my ps3 back from sony it was on 3.15 fw so youll get lucky cause i had the ylod
