$n!pR has once again updated his PKG Toolkit GUI, this time with an improved interface that takes up less window space and more...


PKG Toolkit GUI by '$n!pR' is a Windows app that allows you to decrypt and encrypt ELF and SELF files, among other things.

With the new version 1.50, you can now build config files from PS3/PSP packages, and also features a cleaned up interface.

- Just got the new version which can now build config files from PS3/PSP packages. I’ve also cleaned up the interface so that it takes up less screen space.
