First install this package. You must login or register to view this content.
Then switch it to rebug in the system mode in the rebug toolbox.
Once done scroll over left and then all the way down to change active id, then change it to dex.
Then sign in.

just change it to Cex 85 cuz when you change it to dex sony can see a big red flag on you.

Ok so I did fix my RSOD, and I dont want to try this anymore but I have to if I want to go online, can any1 get me a better tutorial? also since I thought the active ID was to the right side and not the left? anyway can any1 send me this step for step, and like do I have to begin on CEX or DEX and things like that
