How reduce the chance to Get Banned from the PSN!
First You Need PSNinja v4 + and PSN Tools.

1. Disconnect your internet.
2. change your id.
3. run PSNinja.
4. Run PSN Tool.
5. Connect to internet.
6. Log IN!
Tutorial in Germann :
1. Trenne dein Internet von der PS3.
2. Ändere deine id.
3. starte PSNinja.
4. starte PSN Tool.
5. Verbinde deine PS3 wieder mit deien internet.
6. Logge dich ein!

DO NOT UPDATE to OFW you cant downgrade that easy you need e3 flasher and can brik your consol.
just use a Unban comes out every day 3- 4 times with a new ID
