But not sign in.
Try it on a old banned id and replace 1 number and try.

Is there a way I could do this with my own console ID?

Mine is not banned.

If the answer is yes, how can I find my OWN console id?

yes becuae you cant use cex psid on dex or dex psid on cex..they have 2 different lv2 payloads..

This is for cex 4.46 rebug PSID patch for dex and cex have both been released previously.
