i see some people where stuck on 4.53 kiosk so here is my reverter,
please install through recovery mode Winky Winky

it said copying data over to system storage but it won't update so im still stuck in demo mode

try this:
Put usb in left usb port.> put ps3 in recovery mode dont know how? look youtube
and choose option 6 (systeem update)> then do select and start at same time..
it will say prepare...ps3 for update wait this toooked 20 mins at mine ps3//
after preparing it wil do the update
