next i recommend adding System.IO instead of calling it every time you need to use some thing in it.

after that you need to make a stream(link the path to the eboot.elf you want edit),
i recommend setting it up like this:

after you put that in we need to seek the offset we want to write our bytes to: You must login or register to view this content. (using SeekOrigen.Begin is recommended)
now to write bytes to the offset you need to make a new byte array: You must login or register to view this content.
next to set the byte you need to set it like this:

after your done with writing your bytes, you can compile it using the sce tool
