I tested this myself and had a friend test as well to ensure that there's no risk of bricking or RSOD.

Edit: Just occured to me I didn't mention what to do, place the ps3ita_loader_v0.2.pkg file onto the root of your usb. Then considering which version you're on, place the ps3ita folder from either 4.55 or 4.50 onto your usb. For anyone who isn't sure which you've got installed just check with target manager it'll either say 4.5.5 or 4.5.0 and that's it, run the installed ps3ita_loader_v.0.2 on your xmb and once the PS3 resets you'll be successfully spoofed to 4.65

i'm on 4.50 ps3 iTa it spoofed it To To 4.65 when I looked at system info but when I Try To begin cod aw it gives me unable strt game error 8001 something like that?? now what?!

Yes this works on ps3ita just edit version.txt with notepad++ change the version from what it is to what you want it to be then put usb in right port and run ps3ita loader *lacation dev_usb000/ps3ita/dev_flash/version.txt

well i accidently put 4.55 instead of 4.50 and now my ps3 is pitched black with no signal -.-

Works Just fine for PS3ITA 4.50 DEX , Just be sure to remove the old spoof.

My PS3 is on 4.60 ITA DEX, can I still use this spoofer or not?

this is pointless as with the official 4.60 spoof from ps3ita.com u can sign in easly as of 2-4-15
