As long as you don't go online every day of the week doing blatant mods or use untrusted tools chances are that you wont be banned, I've been modding on the same CID for about a year now & I used to mod on this CID back in 2011 on MW2. All I do is just use trusted tools or my own tools, I don't furiously mod every single day of the week and I don't have an obvious PSN like "UncertainFukinHax"

Its strange because my mates and i can use Ps3ita Manger on Rebug CFW and were on REBUG 4.66 Now you must be doing something wrong.

Can I stll connect and attach with RTM tools or use RTM menus after enabling psnpatch? and how do I disable psnpatch, I have never used it before.

Yes you can still use RTM tools and all PSN Patch does is Spoof IDPS & PSID and for it to reset to your default IDPS and PSID you have to restart your PS3.
