Before Starting make sure all Necessary folders and programmes are setup correctly!
Also Make sure there is no disk in the PS3!
First download and extract the c2d_openssl.rar to C:/ and install openSSL, this is required for c2d to work properly. Make sure you rename the folder to "openssl".

Upon recieving 3.55 Kmeaw PS3 Do the following:
Step 1:
• Copy all Pkg files on root of usb and install

Step 2:
• Run Toggle Qa (ps3 will restart) then go hover over network settings and press
L1 + L2 + L3 + R1 + R2 + dpad_down - If done correctly Debug settings will show.

Step 3:
•Run eid root key dumper (ps3 will restart)

Step 4:
• Once PS3 has restarted open Blackbox FTP and go to computer, Open FileZilla, connect to your ps3,
Go to dev_hdd0/tmp and you will see your eid_root_key, copy to your /c2d folder and add the extension .bin

Step 5:
• Back on ps3: Close black box, plug your usb in the right slot!>IMPORTANT) and open rebug toolbox, Go to the far right option (utilities)
Go down to second last option: "Export Flash To File" Press Yes On Any popups that appear.

Step 6:
• Back to computer and plug in your usb, On it you will see a long named .NORBIN file. Copy this to same location as
the eid_root_key (/c2d folder) and rename it to "flashCEX.bin" make sure the extension of both the root key and flaskCEX files are .bin!!

Step 7:
• Open your c2d folder and move mouse to a clear space, hold shift and right click, then select open command window here,
Now type: "c2d.exe eid_root_key.bin flashCEX.bin flashDEX.bin 82" Press Enter. (If you see a list of commands shown with "Done!"

Step 8:
• Now you can close out of cmd, go to your /c2d folder and you will see 2 files: flashCEX.bin and flashDEX.bin
Rename each of these 2 files to "CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN" & "DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN" Make sure the extension of the file has changed!

Step 9:
• You now need to update to REBUG_3.55.4_REX, To do this put your PS3UPDAT.PUP file on your usb in the folder PS3/UPDATE/"HERE"
Plug the usb in right slot of PS3 and put the PS3 in recovery mode and select last option "System update" Once PS3 has updated
continue to the next step.

Step 10:
• Plug the USb back into the computer and copy "CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN" & "DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN" to the root of the USB.
Put usb in right slot of your ps3 again, Load up Rebug Toolbox. Go to the CEX/DEX tab and select "Rewrite target ID In Flash"

Press OK to all popups. Now go to option above "SwapLV2 Kernel" Press OK to popups and your ps3 will reboot.

Step 11:
• Once your PS3 has rebooted, Go into REBUG toolbox once again and select "System Information" You should now be fully DEXed!

Srep 12:
• Now you can install your choice of DEX CFW! (I would recommend using Rebug 4.46.1 D-REX) Make sure you update in the PS3 Recovery Menu!
