Usage:
Setting Bytes to the EBOOT:

Please Note: That you can only do one offset at a time.

1) Open elf for the desired game.
2) Get the off host offsets/bytes.
3) Subtract the rtm offset By ten thousand if need.
4) Put the offset in the top box in this format "&HOFFSET"
5) Put the Bytes in the bottem box in this format "&HBytes"
6) Press Write to elf
7) make it to a bin for cex or dex:



Using the toolbox:

1) Float2Hex (This is a numerical number like 95 that is converted to a hex Format ) ( EX: set cg_fov "95" would be set cg_fov "42BE0000" in hex ).

2) Hexdecimal2Hex and offset subtraction/addition (this is what i used to make the offset2Eboot tool because you can subtract a numerical number from a decimal value ) (Ex: RTM address 0x9342C - 10000 = error 0x9342C - 65536 <-10000 in hex = 8342C ).

3) Decimal2HEx is the opposite of (2) ( 65536 = 10000 ).
