Step One: Install Package

Step Two: Rebug (On) on Rebugtool Box

Step Three : Click Active 4.66 Spoof

Step Four: Click Activate 4.66

Step Five: Click Yes Hardboot

Note: Make sure you arent on CEX QA and that Nav Np is turned off, this isnt the DEX bypass that allows you to go on with out seeing friends list. See the video for valid proof. Worked for me and my friends.
